MONROE-CUT H5 is unique selective base hydrotreated mineral oil with fatty oil,
extreme pressure and anti-wear. Result to high load carrying properties, good
tool live and surface finish of machined workpieces. Also in combination with
anti-mist additives reduce mist load in air. There is no risk of staining yellow metals.
MONROE-CUT H5 is used for the honing of cast iron and hardened steels, hardened
by tempering or cementation, producing short chips. This oil is also used for the
machining of light metals and glass at high cutting speeds or for the grinding of
tools with diamond or ceramic wheels.
Essentially low odor: comfort for workers
Low aromatics: minimize risks /toxicity from exposureChlorine free
High flash point: safe for workplace
